Giancarlo Stanton could be traded by the end of the week, according to NBC Sports Bay Area.
This can obviously change as it goes, but Giants expect a Stanton decision by the end of the week. I’m hearing they continue to view Dodgers, not Cardinals, as biggest threat.

While Marlins executive Derek Jeter said all the talk about trading the 2017 National League MVP is simply speculation, the Giants have reportedly made a big trade offer for Stanton which included all three of their top prospects including Christian Arroyo, who made his MLB debut in 2017.
The Cardinals were once believed to be the Giants’ biggest threat to acquire Stanton, however, San Francisco now sees the rival Dodgers as the most serious threat to land the Marlins’ right fielder.
